- As a part of Bank Strategy, I provided vision and growth for Emprise Bank’s online presence, brand development, website traffic growth, website user Interface.
- Helped design personal and business online banking Content Management Systems that were highly restricted and controlled due to the sensitive nature of the data.
- Planned, and organized launch dates of several systems most of which were prerequisites for other systems to launch at a later date.
- Managed the internal Intranet for Emprise Bank which included daily updates.
- Photographed and listed Emprise memorabilia for employees to purchase using a shopping cart included in the Intranet.
- Participated in several, planning and product positioning meetings.
- Worked as project lead with a third party vender to give direction for the newly released www.emprisebank.com.

- Upgraded customer websites offering them more, new and upgraded templates.
- Migrated websites from an old Content Management System to a newer and upgraded version.
- Process involved several stages, including contacting the customers by e-mail and telephone and having the address records pointed from our old servers to our new servers.
- Oversaw the process and communication with the customer from initial contact to completion of the upgraded website, including solutions to any issues that cropped up during the migration.
- Participated in daily staff meetings to celebrate any success and discuss any impediments.

- Responsible for updating, maintaining, and overseeing the information for www.newmanu.edu using the university’s content management system, including news releases, home page messages, and regular updates
- In charge of gathering and writing articles, producing, and e-mailing Up to the Minute, a weekly e-newsletter sent to students, faculty, alumni, and others in the Newman community to inform them of university-related news and events
- Redesigned and managed an incremental release of the Newman website, Up to the Minute News site and Campus Calendar; my roles in the campaign include conception, planning, inspiration, creative direction, design, surveying target markets, flattening the architecture of the site, providing features needed, and meeting deadlines
- Design and manage the messages displayed on the university’s marquee located just off of U.S. 54 (Kellogg)
- Create and manage multimedia and social media including flash advertisements, YouTube videos, blogs, Twitter and Facebook pages
- Redefined the University’s program fact sheets production, by creating a program page on the website that produces a printed version
- Organized and directed an all-student photo shoot for enrollment management purposes
- Help feed www.freethecamels.com, a microsite for current students and Alumni to share pranks, stories and fun at NU.
- Manage an information technology student, a student writer, and a student videographer with their upkeep of the current website, the construction of the future website, and production of videos for www.freethecamels.com

- Helped design the Summer 2008 Cessna Aircraft Company DIRECTIONS magazine, a high-end magazine tailored to Cessna Citation X owners and prospective buyers
